Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 weeks. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. We appreciate your patience as each order is carefully crafted.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping and arrive within 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping is available upon request — please contact us before placing your order to arrange alternative shipping options.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items at [your email address]. We will work with you to make it right.
