Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our baked goods.

Food Safety For the safety of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns on any food items, whether opened or unopened. Once an order has been delivered, we cannot accept it back.

Quality Issues We take great pride in the quality of our crafted baked goods. If your order arrives damaged or there is a quality concern, please contact us immediately upon receipt within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue at [your email address]. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis.

Allergen Notice Our products contain almonds and pistachios and may contain other tree nuts. Please review all ingredient information carefully before purchasing. We are not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from failure to review allergen information provided at the time of purchase.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as production may have already begun.
