Why Use Almonds in Aliza Almond Cookies?
Driven to raise awareness of choosing low sugar, high protein products, we have created gluten-free almond cookies and other pastries made of pure almonds, honey, and other natural sweeteners and flavors. We reimagined every indulgent ingredient in our artisanal Aliza Almond Cookies creation to be mindful of the health of our consumers.

Our Story
Aliza is an avid cook and baker since arriving in the United States.
Encouraged and guided in the art of culinary creations by her chef father-in-law, Bruce, she sought avenues where she can focus her skills to display her creative side in the kitchen.
She also pursued a career in healthcare which broadened her knowledge of the dietary concerns related to gluten and high sugar products.
Her awareness of gluten-free products was initiated by a family member with gluten intolerance. Aliza realized that people who can’t eat gluten love to eat cookies, so she started thinking about how to make gluten-free cookies for people who are Celiac and gluten-intolerant that taste great and fit a healthy lifestyle!
In 2016, Aliza started making Aliza Almond Cookies and giving her cookies as gifts to her niece who shared her cookies with officemates. The product was well received!
In 2021, her niece prodded her to move forward with making her hobby into a business when she knew how good they tasted and loved Aliza Almond Cookies packaged in the cute, polka dot cello pack!
In June, she visited her friends Teresa and Bill. While enjoying the view of their sprawling prairie, this smart couple decided to pair her grain-free cookies with wine.
Since we live in Yamhill Valley right in the middle of wine country, in the beautiful rolling farm hills of Oregon; pairing the cookies with wine made perfect sense.
In July, Rich, the owner of Pinot Vista, welcomed the introduction of cookies to his wine tasting room. Patrons grew with repeat sales of these keto-friendly cookies. Friends, associates, and family members supported the business which led to sampler shipments going out to more than 10 states nationwide!
John Stromme Art Gallery opened its new venue along 307 NE 3rd Street, Mcminnville on November 18th. Aliza Almond Cookies were a welcome addition and the patrons of our community ate up our gluten-free cookies!
